Pinoy Election 2010

Election time is now approaching and we can really fell the intensity of it.

We can now see political ads everywhere on television, radio, and print media. Politicians are getting ready for their campaign strategy, huge political parties are merging in the hope that they will get the big portion of the local and national positions.

This coming 2010 election, we can expect big projects from medical help, infrastructures and roads to be implemented. Just like us here in Iloilo City particularly here in the District of Jaro, many projects are now being put up and implented in every barangays, here in the District of Iloilo. Here in our barangay, road rehabilitation project are now being implemented but this project was promised to us by a politician six years ago during his campaign here, he said that after the election he will put up a budget for our road rehabilitation and will going to be implemented as soon as possible, but that promised didn't happened and made to be broken. It's a question to us, why this project are now being implemented? But in the past six years he didn't mind it even though a lot of residence here in our barangay complaining to him that they cannot stand the heavy dust every summer and a muddy road during rainy season. The answer to that is simple, because election is fast approaching and he want people here will remember he's projects so that people will vote for him. But this politician is very wrong, voters here in the Iloilo City is wise enough of who they will going to vote this coming 2010 election and who's not. And I think in this coming May election will be the end of their political dynasty here in the City of Iloilo.

We want change and new, progressive, honest and politician with integrity will somehow be elected here in our city. And I'm still hoping together with my fellow Ilonggos that this will be going to happen this coming 2010.
