Pinoy Election 2010

The former President of the Philippines, who is convicted and jailed in the cased of plunder is now starting to travel all over the Philippines to heat up his pre-election campaign for the 2010 Philippine Presidential Elections. The funny is that many rumors came out that he might run again, Oh! God, a former President proves to be guilty in the case of plunder and corruption and forced by the Filipino people to leave his position. And happened to be pardoned by President Arroyo, this man has no shame at all to run again for President even that he knows that he is an ex convict.

Based on my research in the Article seven section four of the Philippine Presdidential code stated that the elected President should be in a position in one term of six years and after that he/she would no longer be eligible for any re-election. And he has that maximum of one year term which was from June 30, 1998 to January 20, 2001. So it is clear that if he will run again for President he will going to violates the Philippine constitution especially that Article seven of section four. But if happens that he will be granted to run again for 2010 and going to win, I'll be choosing to live in the other countries than living here in a country that run by a corrupt, convicted, and crimal leader.
